The following policy applies to orders made through the MITSU FOUNDATION charity shop (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”).
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations due to customer preference will not be accepted. Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact the Foundation within 7 days of receiving the product. After contacting us, we will provide instructions for the return process.
3. Return and Refund Conditions
If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we cannot accommodate any returns or refunds.
The return address will be provided only to customers who contact us.
4. Disclaimer
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Returns due to customer preference
- Requests made after more than 7 days have passed since product arrival
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be governed by the laws of the country or region designated by the Foundation and resolved in the court specified by the Foundation.
