Donation Terms and Conditions

Please review the following terms regarding donations to MITSU FOUNDATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Foundation”).

Purpose of Donations

Donations to the Foundation are used to support the Foundation’s activities, including website maintenance, music production, and outreach efforts. Through these activities, the Foundation aims to deliver messages of hope and contribute to humanitarian support efforts. Revenue generated from the Foundation’s music is donated to trusted international humanitarian organizations such as the Red Cross, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), UNICEF, and Save the Children.

Use of Donations

Donations will be used at the Foundation’s discretion to sustain and promote its activities. They are primarily allocated to operational costs necessary to deliver our mission through music and humanitarian messaging.

Refund Policy

Once a donation has been made, it cannot be refunded for any reason. Please carefully review the donation amount and purpose before proceeding.

Donation Receipts

After the donation is completed, a receipt will be sent via email through Stripe. Please keep this email as your official receipt.

Donor Privacy

The personal information of donors is protected under the Foundation’s privacy policy. Donor information will not be shared with third parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be governed by the laws of the country or region designated by the Foundation and resolved in the court specified by the Foundation.
